Each day at Prospect Hill begins with a full country breakfast served on a tray in the guest's room
or in the dining room and offers an opportunity to visit with the Sheehan family and other guests.
Thirteen lodging rooms and suites with fireplaces and private
baths (eight with Jacuzzis). B&B rates from $195 to $350 per
couple (includes wine and snacks on arrival, pre-dinner wine
reception, and full country breakfast-in-bed or in the dining
room). Prie fixe four course candlelight dinners are available
weekends and most weekdays at $49 per person (plus optional
wine, staff gratuities, and 7% VA sales and lodging taxes are not
included). Two night minimum stays are usually required for
Saturdays and holidays. Single night reservations are OK all other
days. Special rates are available for small conferences and Garden
Wedding Receptions for up to 200 persons.
Additional dinner guests are always welcome to join us for our
four course prie-fixe dinner at $49 per person (served Sun to
Thurs at 7 PM, Fri and Sat at 8 PM. Our prie-fixe dinner includes
our complimentary wine reception one-half hour prior and complete
four course dinner with dessert. Additional wine with dinner,staff
gratuities, and 5% sales tax are not included. Check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. unless other times have been arranged
in advance. Dinner is served at 8 PM on Fri and Sat and at 7 PM Mon thru Thurs. Sunday Afternoon Plantation Dinner at
$55 per person is served at 6:00 PM. These pre-fixe dinners include our complimentary wine reception, the five course dinner (three
courses on Sunday) and dessert.
Complimentary wine is offered a half hour before the dinner bell. Breakfast is served between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
each morning.
Reservation deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after the date specified or depart before the
final date of reservation. Refunds will be made only if cancelled or changed fourteen (14) days in advance of arrival date
or, if less than fourteen days, if the room is reserved by another party. Booking the entire inn for weddings,
conferences, etc. requires 60 days notice of cancellation.
It must be understood that your deposit insures that your accommodations will be available as
confirmed and also insures us that the accommodations are sold as confirmed. Therefore, when situations arise that
necessitate your cancellation less than ten days in advance, we most certainly do sympathize, but we must maintain a
business policy. Your deposit will not be refunded.
